As a member of MFA’s Valuation Practice, Sergi utilizes his hands-on experience working with publicly-traded and privately-held companies to deliver valuations and related economic damages analysis for estate and gift tax, succession planning, buy-sell agreements, litigation and financial reporting. Additionally, Sergi is involved with MFA’s Investment Banking Practice, facilitating transactions including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and more. Sergi received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Union College in New York and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
