John Antonelli II CPA, MST

As a leader in MFA’s Pass-through Entities Tax Practice, John specializes in closely held business and pass-through entity taxation, including developing intelligent strategies for executive deferred and equity-based compensation plans. He also serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and families who rely on him for valuable tax insights, as well as comprehensive tax planning with respect to their personal income taxes and fiduciary and business affairs. John received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Suffolk University.
