A former Navy Seal with 20 years of honorable service in the military, Dan brings an incomparable set of skills to The MFA Companies®. As the leader of the Firm’s Strategic Solutions Team, he and his team of business advisors are responsible for linking the full scope of the Firm’s intellectual capital with our customer’s strategic priorities for the purpose of achieving positive economic outcomes for them. In doing so, Dan works collaboratively with groups across the Firm to break barriers and foster connections that result in the creation of innovative solutions that address the complex challenges our customers face. A skilled public speaker with a gift for leadership coaching, mentoring and inspiring both at the military and civilian level, Dan’s leadership, determination and passion for excellence make him an instrumental contributor to advancing MFA’s objectives. Dan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and an Executive Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University.
