  • Links the full scope of our intellectual capital to their strategic priorities for the purpose of achieving positive economic outcomes.
  • Designs, leads, and delivers on large-scale cross functional customer solutions that include multiple MFA and third party offerings.
  • Conduct independent research on clients’ relevant industry updates.
  • Supports business development opportunities, both by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Drives MFA’s business advisory expertise development and thought leadership.
  • Proactively executes multiple client engagements
  • Assist clients in identifying, documenting, and supporting on examination by tax authorities all R&D-related incentives to which they are legally entitled.
  • Accomplish assigned tasks in a timely fashion
  • Actively communicate issues as they arise with respect to MFA matters, customer service concerns, etc.
  • Promote MFA internally and externally
  • Develop both written and verbal communication skills with respect to MFA matters, customer services, etc.
  • Responsible for direct customer nurturing activities as assigned


  • One to three (1-3) years of tax and/or audit experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance highly desired
  • Master’s Degree in Business with a focus in Accounting preferred
  • Expert use in excel preferred
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate group presentation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects while working under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
