The Quality of Earnings Analyst, in a newly-created position, will be responsible for linking the full scope of our intellectual capital to our customer’s strategic priorities for the purpose of achieving positive economic outcomes as well as influencing their personal and professional lives. As a member of our growing Business Advisory team, they will be able to further hone their expertise, work within and expand their field(s) of interest, and further impact on complex customer challenges that increasingly demand specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers to compile necessary documentation to perform business valuations
  • Communicate with customers to further understand the nature of the valuation
  • Gather pertinent information to frame the context of the independent valuation
  • Prepare, document and quantify valuation reports for review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or business-related field
  • CPA or CFA designation or candidacy a plus
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate group presentation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects while working under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Interest or experience with computer programming
