MFA is seeking a part-time Client Wealth Administrator to join the Firm’s Wealth Management Practice and support the overall financial objectives of MFA’s customer base.

Responsibilities and Desired Skills

  • Provides general assistance and performs various administrative functions in support of the Firm’s Wealth Management Practice
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, participate in the setting up of new client documents and respond to inquiries, often under tight deadlines
  • Strong client service and communication skills with the ability to work independently, as well as within a team
  • A high degree of professionalism, an exceptional work ethic and the initiative to go the extra mile


  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Two plus (2+) years’ experience working in a financial services firm
